    Description: This advanced course focusses on motor learning and motor control for high-performance strength training. This course will be delivered by a blend of online video presentations and online live-class learning sessions. The practical part will be held in one (2-day) weekend at Victoria University in Melbourne. The course takes approximately 2 months to fully immerse you in the theory and its practical translation.
